Reliance Jio offers customers a two-day unlimited plan for Central Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. This happens after a service crash that users have experienced in both rounds for several hours. Geo has implemented this two-day plan to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the service crash. Due to network issues, GeoDown took the lead on Twitter, and thousands of issues were reported with Geo Connections on Internet Crash Tracker Downtector.
Geo sent a message to all affected users informing them of this free two day unlimited plan. The plan, Geo says, will apply to the user’s number at the end of the day and will be activated once the current active plan expires. While Geo does not specify what is included in this complementary unlimited plan, it is likely to provide users with unlimited data.
The specific message sent by Geo reads as follows:
“Dear Geo user,
Your work experience is our priority.
Unfortunately, this morning you and several customers in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh experienced a service outage. Although our teams were able to resolve this network issue in a few hours, we understand that this is not a pleasant service experience for you and we apologize for that.
As a friendly gesture, we are extending a 2-day conventional unlimited plan that automatically applies to your number tonight. The complementary plan will take effect when your current active plan expires. We appreciate you and your work experience at Geo. ”
The telecom operator has resolved the issue and services have been restored in both Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Not all subscribers in the circles need to receive the sponsorship design message. Geo message can only be sent to affected users.
